Blue Mountain Butchery is a Family Owned business, Managed and run by Vaughn and Shelley Wesselson, who co-own the business with David Waine.
At Blue Mountain Butchery we pride ourselves on exceptional quality meat. We service our local town and cafes with a retail shop, and as we are dual licenced we also service the local hunters and farmers for all their Home kill/Recreational Kill needs.
We aim to please, and provide products and service above all others. We are a bit old school and like to process the old way. You will not find band-sawn chops in our fresh cabinet or fridges. All fresh chops are cut by hand by our highly skilled Butcher and Assistants.
