Simply pick the product and click on 'add to cart'. On upper right corner you will see the cart which will take you to the check out. Enter your details and we will pack it with care.
Note! Some products are available by weight while some by piece. Regardless, If you have purchased items that have a per Kilo price we will email you an invoice with the correct sum.

We offer same day delivery to Gore
Overnight to Central otago and Invercargill
The rest - will take an extra day.
When can I expect my order?
We ship most of our orders on Wednesday, Thursday and/or Friday. If you place your order after our working hours, we will start putting everything together first thing in the morning. We process every new order with care while making sure you can enjoy our great cuts as soon as possible.
If you place an order on Tuesday night, we will process and ship your order on Wednesday. If you live in Central Otago, you will be able to dig in on Thursday.
Do you want to adjust the order you just submitted?
Don't worry. If you contact us before we have shipped the order we will adjust everything asap. Give us a call, a message here on the site or an email. We will work it out for you.
What if I am not happy with my order?
We usually don't receive any complaints about our produce and service. In case you are not happy with your order, please gives a message. We will make sure to address everything right away and come up with a solution for you.

Blue Mountain Butchery is a Family Owned business, Managed and run by Vaughn and Shelley Wesselson, who co-own the business with David Waine.
At Blue Mountain Butchery we pride ourselves on exceptional quality meat. We service our local town and cafes with a retail shop, and as we are dual licenced we also service the local hunters and farmers for all their Home kill/Recreational Kill needs.
We aim to please, and provide products and service above all others. We are a bit old school and like to process the old way. You will not find band-sawn chops in our fresh cabinet or fridges. All fresh chops are cut by hand by our highly skilled Butcher and Assistants.
