All our beef is sourced from Southland and Otago, suppliers. Our Beef is aged for at at least 7 days which enhances the flavour and texture of the product.
From getting the meat off our supplier, everything you see in store is made instore by our dedicated and talented small team. From brining/corning our silverside's to making the Beef Cordon Bleu's.
