Here at Blue Mountain Butchery we pride ourselves on our high quality range of specialty meats.  Everything we sell is made on site. 

We make all our own brines and Smoke the meat in the original 100 year old smoke house.  

Our Salami is dry cooked and we have a variety of flavours availiable, Beef, Pork and Venison.  

Flavours include:    Venison, Port and cracked pepper

                              Pork, Chilli and Garlic

                              Mild Beef

                              Pepperoni Beef

                              Pork, Honey  & Whisky

Our Bacon is made the old fashioned way, taking time to brine, hang, and smoke to perfection.  You won't find a pan full of water when  you cook it. Crispy and tasty, with just the right amount of saltiness.
